At Knack Bags, we want you to love your gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused products. All items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to print and attach to your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your unused Knack Bag in its original box and drop it off at any authorized UPS shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
